2 Select [On] or [Off] ➞ press [OK].
[On]: Allows the machine to output prints from computers that do not support a
Department ID.
[Off]: Allows the machine to output prints from computers that support a
Department ID.
The selected mode is set.
3 Press [Done] repeatedly until the Basic Features screen
appears.
