Environmental Performance Calculator (EPC)
Do you know which office imaging products
can reduce your environmental impact?
Canon is pleased to offer the Environmental Performance Calculator (EPC) to
guide you in determining which office imaging devices can help reduce your
environmental impact!
The EPC is an intuitive tool that compares the environmental impact of your current
office equipment fleet versus a proposed new Canon fleet, demonstrating how you
can benefit by upgrading to newer, more energy-efficient products.*
The EPC is based on the U.S. Environment Protection Agency’s version 1.1 ENERGY
STAR
®
Imaging Specification Typical Electricity Consumption (TEC) methodology
and values, and other assumptions noted within the calculator.
Canon’s efforts, together with your own environmental and sustainability initiatives,
can help leave a greener footprint on the earth for future generations.
To receive an environmental assessment using
the EPC, contact your local Canon dealer today!

*Actual results may vary, depending on individual customer usage patterns, environmental conditions, and existing
equipment. Only models that have TEC values listed on the EPAs Web site are available in the calculator (this is true
for both Canon and other branded devices). Models will be updated quarterly for all calculations to remain current.
