Subject:
New setting of Auxiliary Roller Unit
Detail:
A slight gap between the Auxiliary Roller (1) and the Bearing in the Release Arm (rear) causes the Auxiliary
Roller (1) to be scraped or worn down and that may lead to an abnormal sound (creaking noise). In order to
prevent this, the measure that the Bearing is force-fitted to the Release Arm is taken. In accordance with the
change, the Auxiliary Roller Unit, which combines the Auxiliary Roller (1) (2), the Release Arm (front) (rear)
and the Bearings, are newly set.
Service Work:
If the symptom above occurs, or when replacing the Auxiliary Roller (1) (2) or the Release Arm (front) (rear),
make sure to replace with newly set Auxiliary Roller Unit.
