IMPORTANT
Observe the following precautions while the ACCESS indicator is on or
flashing. Failing to do so may result in permanent data loss.
- Do not open the double memory card slot cover.
- Do not disconnect the power source or turn off the camcorder.
- Do not change the camcorder’s operating mode.
After recording photos on an Eye-Fi card in memory card slot Y, pho-
tos will be uploaded automatically when the camcorder is in playback
mode if you are within the range of a configured network. Always verify
that Eye-Fi cards have been approved in the country/region of use. See
also Using an Eye-Fi card (0 125).
NOTES
You cannot take photos when 8 8 [Frame Rate] is set to
[
D PF25]. Also, you cannot take photos when digital zoom is acti-
vated (light blue area on the zoom bar).
Selecting Photo Size
You can select the size of photos by choosing the aspect ratio. You can
select [F 2016x1512] or [G 1920x1080]. If you select
[G 1920x1080], the photo will be recorded in a wide aspect ratio.
Options
Large capacity memory cards, like those usually used for video record-
ing, can contain a very large number of photos. As a reference, the
number of photos that can be recorded on a 1 GB memory card is 455
for [F 2016x1512] and 670 for [G 1920x1080].
