Set Check RX FAX information to ON following the procedure below.

This function is not available when you send a fax manually.
Sending Fax after Speaking on Telephone
1.
Make sure that printer is turned on.
2.
Flick the HOME screen, and then tap Setup.
Using the Operation Panel
3.
Tap Device settings.
4.
Tap FAX settings.
5.
Tap Security control.
6.
Tap Check RX FAX information.
7.
Tap ON.
Important
•
Transmission will be canceled if the printer fails to receive the recipient's fax information or if the
received information does not match the fax/telephone number.
