Remove the connector (J62).
Remove the four mounting screws; move the
mainmotortothe leftasfaras it goes, detachthe
belt, lift, pull toward the front, and remove the
main motor.

The drive of the main motor is used to drive the
drum and execute pi&up operations by way of tim-
ing belts.
To adjust the tension of the timing belt used to
drive the drum, push the center of the belt using a
spring gauge with a forte of 500 g. and select the
main motor mounting holewhich enables the top and
bottom of the belt to be 20 to 25 mm; see Figure 4-
30.

To adjust the timing belt used to execute pick-up
operations. on the other hand, push the idle supporl
plate with a forte of 400 Cl00 g, and fix it in place
when it stops; see Figure 4-31.
