Squeeze the lever on the width guide as shown
in the figure. Without releasing the lever, slide
the width guide to align it with the mark for the
desired paper size.
NOTICE: ● If the length and width guides are not adjusted
properly for the paper size loaded in the paper
drawer, then the correct paper sizes might not
appear in the display. Also, not adjusting the
guides correctly might cause paper jams, dirty
copies or make the inside of the copier dirty.
To prevent these problems from occurring, make
certain that the guides are adjusted correctly for the
loaded paper size.

Change the paper drawer’s size plate so that it
matches the new paper size that you loaded.
