Basic Copying
After pressing the
ID
key, the message to the
right appears in the touch panel display.
MEMO: ● After the
ID
key is pressed, an ID number must be
entered again in order to make copies.
● If you do not press the
ID
key after finishing your
copy job, any additional copies are totaled under the
same ID number which you previously entered.
● If you forget to press the
ID
key after finishing your
copy job and the copier is not operated for a certain
period of time, the Auto Clear function (see p. 2-12)
goes into effect and the display automatically
returns to the ID number entry screen.

When you finish copying, press the

key.
