1. Load your recorded tape into the camcorder.
2. Turn the POWER switch to VCR.
3. Open the VCR menu, select AUDIO DUB.
4. Select AUDIO IN or MIC. IN with the selector dial and close the
menu.
5. Set the tape to the point where you want to start audio dubbing.
• You can use the playback buttons on the LCD panel or the special playback
funtions on the wireless controller in the same way as in playback mode.
6. Press the PAUSE button.
• The camera becomes set to playback pause mode.

Use the wireless controller when dubbing audio.
• When using an external microphone \ Connect it to the microphone
terminal.
(It works even if the DM-50 microphone (optional) is connected to the accessory shoe.)
When using the DM-50 microphone \ Make sure nothing is connected to
the microphone terminal.
When using the built-in microphone \ Make sure nothing is connected to
either the microphone terminal or the
accessory shoe.
• To use your TV to monitor video, connect the S-video terminal or the A/V
terminal (use only the video plug) to your TV. You can monitor the sound with
headphones.
