Troubles in Setup/Connections 1 Connection checklist Before you proceed to Troubleshooting, confirm the following: □ The USB cable is securely connected to the correct port. □ The machine is turned on and the network device is on. If it is, turn it off and then turn it on again. □ If the firewall function of your security software is turned on, a message may appear warning that Canon software is attempting to access the network.
