Save the new image.
● Choose [ ].
● The image is now saved as a new le.
● Cropped images will have a lower number of recording pixels than
uncropped images.

You can specify a portion of an image to save as a separate image le.

Choose [Cropping].
● On the Quick Control screen (

choose [ ].

Adjust the cropping area.
● A frame is displayed around the portion of
the image to be cropped (1).
● To resize the frame, move the zoom
lever.
● To move the frame, press the

buttons.
● To move among the items at the top of
the screen (2), turn the
dial.
● To straighten the image, choose [
].
● To change the aspect ratio, choose [
].

Check the edited image.
● Choose [ ] to display the cropped
image.
● To cancel editing, choose [
