group of experienced professionals and subject matter specialists who work with your team to
assist with the timely setup and implementation of your PRISMA solution.

The Canon Professional Services team has a proven
methodology to help customers implement and optimize
their workflow capabilities.
The team will work with you to identify your unique set
of production requirements and agree on the goals of
your organization with respect to the PRISMA solution
implementation. This includes reviewing the various types
of media and output you’re looking to achieve, and building
a customized installation, testing, and workflow training
program for your organization.
Most of training is done onsite, over a one- or two-day
period. In addition to hands-on training with your key staff
members, system recommendations can be developed
and implemented, in order to help further streamline your
processes and learning curves with PRISMA solutions.
