Reason :

Measure for the document feed failure

Outline :

A. The ribs on the back of the pad mount of the registration lower guide

(FL2-0005) are extended so that the pad mount will not be displaced from the

home position even if the pad mount unit is pressed forcefully. (Indicated by the

arrow in the figure)

B. The rib on the retaining part of the document sensor arm is extended so that

the retaining part will be prevented from bending and the sensor arm will not

come off even if it is pressed forcefully. (Enlarged illustration)
