When you set the camera’s shooting mode to <

fully automatic mode, you can shoot in E-TTL II/E-TTL fully automatic
ash mode.
Note that for some cameras, [E-TTL II ash metering] is automatically
used when the ash Mode dial is set to <

Set the ash mode to [E-TTL II ash
metering].

Select the ash mode setting item
from the camera’s [Flash function
settings] or [External ash func.

Switch the ash coverage.
