AUTO PRINT Whether to automatically have the results of measuring both eyes
printed out in FULL AUTO mode
“
ON”: Results will be printed out automatically.
“
OFF”: PRINT switch must be pressed to print out the results.
When “
PRINT” and “TRANS” are set to “OFF”,
“
AUTO PRINT” will also be set to “OFF”.
DEFAULT Choosing whether to automatically return to AUTO mode or
FULL AUTO mode in the following cases:
- After power is turned ON
- After pressing
PRINT switch
- After deleting data by pressing
CLEAR (DEMO) switch
- After recovering from power-saving mode
“
AUTO”: The instrument returns to AUTO mode.

FULL AUTO”: The instrument returns to FULL AUTO mode.
( ) LEVEL Choosing whether to display level meter on the measurement mode
screen, display mode screen and printout.
Level meter is a mark showing the waveform level of the signal
obtained by detecting light reflected from the cornea when air is
blown onto the eye.
“
ON”: Level meter will be displayed.
“
OFF”: Level meter will not be displayed.
CHARACTER The type of characters displayed for entering message on page 3/3
can be selected. See the illustration of the monitor in section 7.3.
“
JIS”: Japanese characters will be displayed.
“
LATIN-1”: Characters such as with umlaut will be displayed.
Press AUTO/MANU. switch to proceed to page 3/3.
Press PUFF TIMES switch to return to page 1/3.
Press CLEAR (DEMO) switch to return to measurement mode.
