You can preview the editing program. The

PREVIEW function plays the whole program,

automatically pausing at the “cut-in” and “cut-out”

of each scene to help editing.

1. Choose PREVIEW from the edit menu

and select the program number from

which the preview starts by turning the

command dial.

2. Press the set button.

• The camera will now play all the scenes from the program number you

selected in the order you have programmed them.

• In PREVIEW mode the tape starts a little before each “cut-in” point. It will

pause for 2 seconds precisely at the “cut-in” point. It pauses again at the

“cut-out” point.

• The program number being previewed is moved up one line.

• When you want to stop the PREVIEW function, press the 3 (stop) button.
