General operation of
musicbox Air 3.
musicbox Air 3 does
not respond.
The musicbox Air 3 has been hung. 2. Reset the musicbox Air 3, if necessary.
Press and hold the RESET button on
the back until the LED ring is blinking
green rapidly (2x per second).
The LED ring is blink-
ing blue.
The protection circuit of the musicbox
Air 3 has been activated due to an over-
load (e. g. overtemperature or overcur-
rent).
Switch the musicbox Air 3 into Standby
Mode and wait at least 30 minutes.
Firmware update
over the network
(file name:
musicboxAir3_
Version_XX.fw).
Your web browser’s
returns a “page load
error”, the web con-
figuration page is no
longer displayed.
A new IP address was allocated to the
musicbox AIr 3 by your network router.
Check your network router for the cur-
rent IP address of the musicbox Air 3
and enter this into the browser’s address
bar in order to continue with the update
process.
When attempting to
select the update file,
the error message “in-
valid file” is returned.
Unknown Repeat the procedure as before until it
can be completed.
Firmware update

or USB (file name:
musicboxAir3_
Version_XX.fw).
The musicbox Air 3
does not work any
longer, all LEDs are
off or the LED ring is
blinking blue.
The update process was interrupted
(e.g. loss of electricity) and the update
could not be completed.
Leave the musicbox Air 3 connected to
the mains for at least 30 minutes. After
this time, try performing a firmware up-
date over the network.
