Problem Possible cause Solution
The musikbox M has
too much bass.
1. The bass level in the menu “Sound control”
is set to a value of > 0 dB.
1. The bass level in the menu “Bass” must be adjusted
as described on page 39.
2. Listening with high volume and additional
activated “Bass expand”.
2. Set “Bass expand” to “Off” as described to page 39.
3. Use of an external subwoofer with too much
level.
3. Correctly set the external subwoofer (with less level).

The musikbox M
sounds “dull” (not
enough treble).
The acoustic space is acoustically strongly
dampened of the “treble” sound control is
lowered.
Lift the treble in the menu “Treble” as described
on page 39.
The musikbox M
sounds “sharp”/
aggressive” (too
much treble).
The acoustic space is acoustically “hard” (little
dampened).
Adjust the treble in the menu “Treble” according
to page 39 of the instructions.
No playback via
Bluetooth.
1. There is no connection between the
musicbox M and the mobile end device.
1. Connect your mobile end device as described
on page 36 of the instructions.
2. The mobile end device is connected but
no playback takes place.
2.1. The mobile end device must be connected again.
2.2. You are out of range.
2.3. Set the volume at the mobile end device to the
maximum possible value.
