Step 5 å å Insert six WOOD DOWELS (3) into the TOP (E). å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the TOP insert into the ENDS, UPRIGHTS, and VALANCE. Step 6 å å Unfold the BACK (H) and lay it over your unit. å å Fasten the BACK (H) to your unit using the NAILS (10). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Caution Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (H). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it “square”. Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. NOTE: Tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the UPRIGHTS (C and D).
Step 7 å Fasten the SHORT BRACE (P) to the LONG BRACES (O). Tighten four BLACK 1/2” HEX HEAD SCREWS (21) using the L-WRENCH (14). å Fasten the FOOT (Q) to the SHORT BRACE (P). Tighten two BLACK 1/2” HEX HEAD SCREWS (21) using the L-WRENCH (14). å Fasten the LEGS (N) to the LONG BRACES (O). Tighten four BLACK 1/2” HEX HEAD SCREWS (21) using the L-WRENCH (14). Side Step: Make nachos. (Optional, but recommended.) These holes must be facing up.
Step 8 å å Carefully turn your unit onto its top. å Fasten the LEGS (N) to the BOTTOM (F). Use four BLACK 1-9/16” WAFER HEAD SCREWS (16). å Fasten the LONG BRACES (O) to the BOTTOM (F). Use eight BLACK 1-1/4” WAFER HEAD SCREWS (17). Step 10 å Fasten the TUBE (R) to the BRACKETS (4). Use four BLACK 3/8” MACHINE SCREWS (22). å NOTE: Start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. å Insert four METAL PINS (8) into the hole locations of your choice in the center surfaces of the UPRIGHTS (C and D). Set the grooves in the LARGE SHELF (J) onto the PINS. å Insert eight PINS WITH SLEEVES (7) into the hole locations of your choice in the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHTS (C and D). Set the SMALL SHELVES (K) onto the PINS.
Step 11 å Fasten the RETAINING BARS (5) to the DOORS (L and M) exactly as shown. Use eight BLACK 1/2” PAN HEAD SCREWS (19). å Fasten the PULLS (9) to the DOORS (L and M) exactly as shown. Step 12 å Place the RETAINING BARS on the DOORS (L and M) into the groove in the BOTTOM (F). å å Place the DOOR BRACKETS (6) onto the TUBE (R). Almost time to celebrate! With a nap. Step 13 å Apply the WARNING LABEL (13) to the TOP (E). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram. å NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Step 14 å å IMPORTANT: The BUMPERS are used to reduce the risk of fingers being pinched when sliding the DOOR. å å å Peel APPLIQUES from the APPLIQUE CARDS (11) and stick them onto each visible HIDDEN CAM. Peel the BUMPERS from the BUMPER CARD (12) and stick the BUMPERS on the PULLS and on the upper and lower corners of the inner sides of the DOORS (L and M). NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. This completes assembly. Clean with a damp cloth.
