Job History From the Printer Status Menu, press to select Job History, and then
press . For the last 10 print jobs saved in the imager, the following
displays:
Job no. (0-9), with 0 being the current job
Amount of ink used, in milliliters
Amount of media used, in square centimeters
When done, press to exit.
Total Print Count From the Printer Status Menu, press to select Total Prints, then
press . When done, press to exit.
Setting up Automatic Nozzle Check
You can configure the imager to regularly check for nozzle clogs. If
clogs are found, Auto Cleaning is initiated.
1. Press .
2. Select Printer Setup, and then press .
3. Press to select Auto Nozzle Check, and then press .
4. Select one of the following, and then press OK:
On: Every Job—The imager checks the nozzles before every
print job and runs a cleaning cycle if necessary.
On: Periodically (default)—The imager periodically checks the
nozzles and runs a cleaning cycle if necessary.
Off—The imager does not perform automatic nozzle checks or
cleaning cycles.
When changing the black ink type, the imager always performs an
Auto Nozzle Check.
When a clog is detected, Auto Cleaning is performed for the number
of times set in the Maintenance Mode Menu until the clogged
nozzles are clear. (See “Auto Cleaning” on page 3-2.)
