documentation. Follow the instructions to restore from a saved
backup file.

If you do not have a configuration file to restore, perform the
following procedures from the Quick Start Guide, 9G4261:
“Set up your PC to Communicate with the Imager”
“Log on to CARESTREAM Web Service Portal Software”
“Configure the Site-Specific Information”
“Start CARESTREAM Remote Management Services”
“Reconfigure your PC to Connect to the Imager”
“Verify the Image Look”
“Back up the Configuration Parameters”
Calling for Support
If you cannot correct a condition and need help, call for support. Have
the following information ready when you call:
Serial number (on the side of the DICOM interface)
K-number (on the side of the DICOM interface)
Error code from the display screen and/or code and error message
from the Web Portal
