See the procedure, “Backing up the Software” in the Web Portal
documentation. Follow the instructions to restore from a saved
backup file.

If you do not have a configuration file to restore, perform the
following procedures from the Quick Start Guide, 9G4261:
• “Set up your PC to Communicate with the Imager”
• “Log on to CARESTREAM Web Service Portal Software”
• “Configure the Site-Specific Information”
• “Start CARESTREAM Remote Management Services”
• “Reconfigure your PC to Connect to the Imager”

If you cannot correct a condition and need help, call for support. Have
the following information ready when you call:
• Serial number (on the side of the DICOM interface)
• K-number (on the side of the DICOM interface)
• Error code from the display screen and/or code and error message
from the Web Portal
