INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Position and press box on joist.
2) Fasten #12 x 5/8” preinstalled screw near center of box.
NOT REQUIRED FOR CFBSO-612 and CFBSO-858.
3) Drill 1/8" diameter pilot holes through the two oval slots.
4) Pull out the two #12 x 2" long screws, and use them to
install Fan or Fixture bracket through oval slots, into drilled
holes.
5) Mount Fan or Fixture and make the electrical connections in
accordance with local electrical codes and instructions
provided with Fan or Fixture.

WITH CEILING BOX, MUST BE USED.

will perform all necessary tests to determine the suitability of this product for the
user's intended application. Thomas & Betts warrants that this product will be free
from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years following the
date of purchase. Upon prompt notication of any warranted defect, Thomas & Betts
will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. Misuse, misapplication or
modication of Thomas & Betts Products immediately voids all warranties.
