Replacing Jackshaft Bearings
• Replace the Poly Chain® belt. Follow the
instructions in the Servicing Belts section for
replacing the Poly Chain® belt. DO NOT
ADJUST THE BELT TENSION AT THIS
TIME.
• The cutter wheel sprocket will be replaced when
replacing the belt.
• Line up Poly Chain® sprockets using a straight
edge.
• Slide shaft through bearings to adjust in or out
to line sprockets up.
• Replace the pulley on the jackshaft. Replace
screws, turning them just enough to start them
in the pulley.
