• Next you will need to remove the
jackshaft pulley. Remove the bolts in
the jackshaft bushing and screw them
back into the empty threaded holes to
push the pulley off the bushing and
remove the bushing and pulley. Make
sure to keep all machine parts and
hardware together to make reassembly
easier.
• Remove the bolts holding the belt guard
onto the machine and remove the belt
guard.
• Then remove the engine pulley.
Remove the bolts in the engine pulley
bushing and screw them into the extra
threaded holes to push the bushing out of
the pulley and remove the bushing and
pulley.
• Remove the bolt holding the extended
grease fitting to the air filter bracket and
remove the extension from the stub
shaft.
