• The washer shown here should have a
gap of 1/2” between it and the plate
when the track is tensioned properly.
Apply a few pumps of grease and then
check the distance between the washer
and the plate shown. You will measure
the distance using your finger to gauge
approximately 1/2”. (The picture at the
right was taken with the track removed
for clarity. DO NOT remove the track
when checking and adjusting tension.)
• Apply grease until the 1/2” distance is
achieved and then replace the cap.
• Grease tracks as necessary to keep them
from jumping off. DO NOT OVER
GREASE OR DAMAGE WILL
