Filter Identification
This model has a primary filter and an exhaust filter that need to be cleaned and/or
replaced on a regular basis.
How to Replace the Filters
Primary Electrostatic Foam Filter Exhaust Filter
1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner.
2. Remove the wand from the main body.
3. Lift up the top cover release button and
remove the top cover (Fig. 1).
4. Remove the electrostatic foam filter
and rinse with cool water. Allow to dry
thoroughly before replacing it in the
vacuum (Fig. 2).
5. Replace the top cover by lining up the
tab in the front and pressing down on the
cover until it clicks into place (Fig. 3).

When to Change the Filters
At a minimum, it’s recommended to replace the filters after 6 months of use. If someone in
your household is sensitive to airborne allergens, it is recommended to change the filters
after every three months.
