How to Remove the Brushroll
Note: Always unplug the power cord from the
electrical outlet before performing any service on
the vacuum cleaner.
1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner.
2. Remove the floor brush from the wand. Turn the
floor brush over (Fig. 1).
3. Use a coin or screwdriver to turn the screw (Fig. 2)
once to the right. Then lift off the brushroll cover.
4. Remove the brushroll to clean (Fig. 3).
4. Replace the brushroll then replace the brushroll
cover (Fig. 4). Tighten the screw by turning once
to the left.
4. Re-attach the floor brush to the wand and
continue to vacuum.
