RC Modelle begeistern, sind spannend und
interessant – sie sind bereits der Kategorie Modellbau zu-
zuordnen. Bei diesem Modell ist daher mehr zu tun und zu
wissen als nur die Bedienung!
Dazu gehören vor allem umfangreiche Pflege-, Wartungs-,
und Reparaturarbeiten. Sollte neben der Bedienung die
Wartung nicht sachgemäß durchgeführt werden so kann
das Modell unter Umständen innerhalb kürzester Zeit zer-
stört werden. Beachten Sie auch die sachgemäße Hand-
habung der Akkus. Hinzu kommt, dass die Belastung vieler
Einzelteile stark von der Wartung und Verwendung ab-
hängt und diese daher als Verschleißteile gelten. Daher ist
die Gewährleistung auf Material-, Produktions- und Konst-
ruktionsfehler beschränkt.
Neben kundenspezifischen Umbauten oder Modifikationen
und den in der Anleitung angeführten Teilen, gelten auch
Unfallschäden nicht als Gewährleistungsanspruch, es sei
denn, es lag ein Mangel bei Gefahrübergang vor. Die Mo-
delle sind für eine Kollision mit Mauern oder anderen Hin-
dernissen nicht konstruiert.

RC models fascinate, excite and interest
their users and can already be assigned to the model con-
struction category. This means that there is more to do on
this model and more to be learned than just how to operate
it!
This mainly includes comprehensive care, maintenance
and repair work. If, in addition to the operation, the mainte-
nance is not properly executed, the model may be de-
stroyed within a very short time. Please also handle the
rechargeable batteries correctly. In addition, the strain
placed on many of the individual parts is strongly depend-
ent on maintenance and use, and these are therefore con-
sidered wear parts. For this reason, the warranty is limited
to material, production and constructional errors.
In addition to customer-specific conversions or modifica-
tions and the parts listed in the instructions, damage
caused through accidents shall not apply as warranty
claims unless the defect was already there on transfer of
risk. The models are not designed for collisions with walls
or other obstructions.
