WARRANTY
NOTICE
Casamotion Glass & Lighting Corp. warrants the repairs to this product to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials and operates within original specifications for a period of 1 YEAR from the
date of purchase (unless otherwise stated)
The liability of Casamotion Glass & Lighting Corp. under the warranty is limited to replacing, repairing, or
issuing credit at their option for any products which ARE RETURNED BY PURCHASER during such periods
PROVIDED:
(a) The PURCHASER notifies us about a WARRANTY ISSUE via email at
casamotionsusa@casamotion.com or by telephone at 1-971-227-0415
(b) The defective unit is returned to Casamotion Glass & Lighting Corp., transportation
charges prepaid by Casamotion Glass & Lighting Corp.
(c) Casamotion Glass & Lighting Corp. determines that defects exist and have not been
caused by misuse, improper installation, or alterations.
Note: A 25% restocking fee may apply to warranty returns requesting full credit if a unit is determined to
be “No Fault Found”. If warranty is determined to NFF (No Fault Found), credit may no longer be valid
and return shipping repair or replacement is at the expense of the Purchaser.
