1. Thread two fixture mounting screws to the mounting plate, and secure them with two lock nuts.
2. Place the mounting plate to the outlet box and mark the target on the wall from the set hole for
drilling two holes. Remove the mounting plate from the outlet box. Thread the anchors into the holes,
then attach the mounting plate to the outlet box by using two mounting screws. Secure the dry wall
screws through the set holes into the anchors.
3. Screw nipples into the couplings of the fixture, then secure them with hex nuts.
4. Slide the wood posts down through the nipples, secure them with the decoration.
5. Two sizes of the rods, 6L (x2) and 12L (x8), are attached in the hardware package, choose the
desired installation height you need. Then thread the fixture wire through the rods and threaded pipes
as shown page 1. The height can be adjustable to 20-1/2~ 74-1/2 by using the rods. Screw all
rods together until securely by using the threaded pipes, and then lock to the set nipple of the swivel.
6. Repeat with the other threaded pipes and rods.
7. Cut any excess fixture wires and fixture grounding wire. Slit the two fixture wires apart in 5 inches.
Peel off insulation of the two wires in 5/8 inch.
8. Pull out the house supply wires and the house grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire
connections using the wire nuts:
--- The smooth wire (marked) from the fixture to the black wire from the power source.
--- The ridged wire (unmarked) from the fixture to the white wire from the power source.
--- Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting plate with the green grounding screw. Then
connect it to the house grounding wire with a wire nut.
Carefully put the wires back into the outlet box.
9. Raise the canopy against the ceiling, with the fixture mounting screws located on the mounting
plate protruding from the holes in the canopy, secure it with two ball nuts.
10. Attach the glass shades onto the glass holders, then secure them with the socket rings, using
supplied socket ring fixer.
11. Install sides bulbs (not included). See relamping label at socket area or packaging for maximum
allowed wattage.
12. Install bottom bulbs (Included).
a. Attach the suction cap to the top surface of the bulb lens.
b. Insert and twist the bulb (GU10 LED BASE ONLY) into the socket of the lamp holder using the
suction cap.
c. Remove the suction cap from the bulb lens by pulling the knob of the suction cap.
Note: Do not discard the suction cap, it will be needed when replacing the bulb.
13. Turn on the power at the main fuse or circuit breaker box.
