Keyhole Slot
1. Attach the two fixture mounting screws to the
mounting strap, and Adjust the length of the
fixture mounting screws if necessary.
2. Attach the mounting strap to the outlet box
using two mounting screws.
3. Pull out the outlet wires and the house
grounding wire from the outlet box. Make
wire connections using the wire nuts:
---The black (hot) wires from the fixture to
the black (hot) wire from the power source.
---The white (neutral) wires from the fixture to
the white (neutral) wire from the power source.
---Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting strap with the green
grounding screw. Then connect it to the house grounding wire with
the wire nut.
Carefully put the wires back into the outlet box.
4. Attach the ceiling pan to the mounting strap by inserting two fixfure mounting screw heads into the key holes, and
rotate the ceiling pan until it locks in place. Then secure the screws tightly. (See Fig.1)
5. Install bulbs (not included). See relamping label at socket area or packaging for maximum allowed wattage.
6. Secure the threaded pipe into the coupling of the ceiling pan with a washer and a hex nut untill tightened.
Note: Depth of the threaded pipe may need to be adjusted to properly fit glass shade,metal pad, hex nut
decorative cap and finial.
7. Slip the glass shade up through threaded pipe and secure it with a metal pad and hex nut. Slide the decorative cap up
to glass shade, and secure it with the finial.
Caution: Do not over tighten, breakage of glass shade could be occurred.
