Installation Guide

1. Please turn off the power at fuse or circuit
box before starting on the installation.
2. Thread two headless screws through the
mounting plate, then secure them with
four lock nuts (Two on each side of the
mounting plate). Adjust the length of the
headless screws if necessary.
3. Attach the mounting plate to the outlet
box by using two mounting screws.
4. Pull out the outlet wires and the house
grounding wire from the outlet box. Make
wire connections using the wire nuts:
---The black wire from the fixture to the
black wire from the power source.
---The white wire from the fixture to the
white wire from power source.
---Attach the fixture grounding wire to
the mounting plate with the green
grounding screw. Then connect it to
the house grounding wire with a
wire nut.
Carefully tuck the wires back into the
outlet box.
5. Attach the canopy to the mounting plate
by inserting the headless screws, then
secure it with the bolt nuts.
6. Install bulbs (not included). See relamping label at socket area or packaging for
maximum allowed wattage.
7. Attach the glass shade to the cap by inserting the nipple, then secure them wtih
a rubber pad, metal pad and hex nut. Attach the cover to the glass shade by
inserting the nipple and secure it with the finial.
8. Turn on the power at the main fuse or circuit breaker box.
