1. Place the mounting plate to the outlet box and mark the places on the wall for drilling two holes.
Thread the wall anchors into the holes, thread the wires from outlet box through the central hole
of the mounting plate, and attach the mounting plate to the outlet box by threading the dry wall
screws through the setting holes into the wall anchors.
2. Pull out the outlet wires and the house grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections
using the wire nuts:
---The black wire from the fixture to the black wire from the power source.
---The white wire from the fixture to the white wire from the power source.
---Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting plate with the green grounding screw. Then
connect it to the house grounding wire with a wire nut.
Carefully put the wires back into the outlet box.
3. Attach the fixture to the mounting plate by inserting the screws, and secure with the bolt nuts.
4. Thread the nipples into both ends of the fixture, attach the caps onto the nipples, and secure with
the finials.
5. Attach the glass shades to the socket holders, then secure them with the socket rings.
6. Install bulbs (not included). See relamping label at socket area or packaging for maximum allowed
wattage.
7. Turn on the power at the main fuse or circuit breaker box.
