Installation Steps Turn off the power at fuse or circuit box. 1. Carefully unpack the fixture, lay out the fixture on a clean surface. 2. Attach the nipple to the mounting strap, then secure it with a washer and hex nut. Support Brace 3. Attach the mounting strap to the outlet box by using two mounting screws. Canopy 4.
