Using the Watch
General Guide
1. p.m. indicator (No indication for a.m.)

* In the Timekeeping Mode, hold down B for about 1.5 seconds to establish a Bluetooth
connection with a phone.
Selecting a Mode
Each press of C cycles between modes as shown below.
x Hold down C for at least two seconds to enter the Timekeeping Mode.

Setting the Time
1. In the Timekeeping Mode hold down
A. Release the button when [SET]
stops flashing and the Home City name
appears.
x Each press of D or E changes the
Home City setting.
2. Press C to move the flashing to the
summer time (DST) setting.
x Press D to cycle between the
available summer time (DST) settings
(AUTO, OFF, ON).
3. Press C to display the seconds setting
screen.
x This causes the seconds count to
flash.
4. Press D to reset the seconds count
to 00.
x 30 to 59 seconds: Adds 1 to minutes.
5. Press C to move the flashing to the
hour setting.
6. Use D and E to change the hour
setting.
7. Press C to move the flashing to the
minute setting.
8. Use D and E to change the minute
setting.
9. Press C to move the flashing to the
year setting.
10. Use D and E to change the year
setting.
11. Press C to move the flashing to the
month setting.
12. Use D and E to change the month
setting.
13. Press C to move the flashing to the
day setting.
14. Use D and E to change the day
setting.
15. After all the settings are the way you
want, press A to exit.
