Differential Equations of the First Order

Example To graph the solution of the first order differential equation

dy/dx = – cos x, x0 = 0, y0 = 1, –5

< 5, h = 0.1.

Use the following V-Window settings.

Xmin = –6.3, Xmax = 6.3, Xscale = 1

Ymin = –3.1, Ymax = 3.1, Yscale = 1 (initial defaults)
