Inverse Normal Cumulative Distribution 
Menu:  [Inv. Distribution]-[Inverse Normal CD]
Description: This command calculates the cumulative probability in a normal distribution 
based on lower and upper bounds. 
This command returns the upper and lower bound of integration values that 
satisfy the equations below. 
Tail:Left Tail:Right Tail:Center
Upper bound α is
