Controlling the Sound of a Performance

You can use the procedure below to raise or lower pitch in octave units.
1.
While holding down FUNCTION, press the C{3 or E}3 keyboard key.
• You can specify a value in the range of –3 to +3 octaves.
• A reference tone sounds whenever the setting values becomes 0.
• To return the setting to its initial default, press the – and + keyboard keys at the same time.

Release FUNCTION to complete the setting operation.
