Variations and Fills must be written in the key of C

Note: It is not necessary to fill every part, for example you could just use
Drums, Bass and Chord 1 to create a simple pattern. The
important point is that the parts must be on the above Midi
Channels or the pattern will not work properly.

Notes:
If these parameters are not included in the SMF you can set
them in the Rhythm Converter programe. If they are set in the
SMF, Rhythm Converter will extract them and display them in
the 'Element Editor'. See Using the Element Editor.
