Other Settings (Set Up)
This section explains menu items that you can use to configure settings and perform
other operations in both the REC mode and PLAY mode.
Procedure
* MENU * Setup * Screen Lock
Use this setting to fix the orientation of icons and other display elements when the
controller is moved.
NOTE
• You can also turn this function on or off by placing your
finger on the “ ” (Zoom) icon, and then dragging to the
“ ” (Home) icon and then to the “ ” (PLAY) icon. While
the camera is positioned in portrait (vertical) orientation,
place your finger on the “ ” (Home) icon, and then
dragging to the “ ” (PLAY) icon and then to the “DISP”
icon.

You can adjust the volume of the sound emitted when the camera is turned on, when
an image is shot, when an error occurs, etc.
• Regardless of this setting, no recording sound is emitted during an interval
recording operation.

Locking the Controller Orientation (Screen Lock)
ON Fixes the controller screen orientation.
OFF
Rotates screen contents in accordance with the controller
orientation.
