Quick Start Basics
. To turn on power
Press [p] (Power).
• Turning on the camera causes the operation
lamp to light green. This indicates that image
recording is enabled.
Sleep Mode
If you do not perform any operation for more than 30 seconds after turning on power,
it will enter a Sleep Mode.
The operation lamp slowly flashes green while the camera is in the sleep mode.
You can exit the sleep mode by pressing the shutter button or [0] (Movie) button.
NOTE
• If you have a controller from another (separately available) CASIO camera that is
connected with this camera, you can put this camera into the sleep mode by
pressing the controller’s [p] (Power) button.
. To turn off power
On the camera, hold down [p] (Power) for about two seconds.
• The camera will emit a sound when the camera is turned off. The camera turns off
when the power down process is complete.
