ERASING ALL PASSED EVENTS
1. Press the
Center Select Key [ MENU ], select Settings & Tools and press the
Center Select Key [OK] . Select Tools , press the Center Select Key [OK] , select
Calendar then press the Center Select Key [OK] .
2. Press the
Right Soft Key D [ Options ], select Erase All Old and press the
Center Select Key [OK] , select Yes and press the Center Select Key [OK] .
Select Erase All if you want to delete all the event.
USING THE ALARM CLOCK
The Alarm Clock tool allows you to set up to three alarms. When you set an alarm, the
current time is displayed at the top of the screen. When the alarm goes off, Alarm 1 (or 2
or 3, as applicable) will be displayed on the LCD screen and the alarm will sound.
SETTING THE ALARM
1. Press the
Center Select Key [ MENU ], select Settings & Tools and press the
Center Select Key [OK] . Select Tools , press the Center Select Key [OK] , select
Alarm Clock then press the Center Select Key [OK] .
2. Select
Alarm 1 , Alarm 2 or Alarm 3 and press the Center Select Key [OK] .
3. Select desired options and save the alarm by pressing the
Center Select Key
[
SAVE ].
USING THE STOP WATCH
Measures elapsed time for activities.
1. Press the Center Select Key [ MENU ], select Settings & Tools and press the
Center Select Key [OK] . Select Tools , press the Center Select Key [OK] , select
Stop Watch then press the Center Select Key [OK] .
2. Press the
Center Select Key [ START ] to start.
3. Press the
Center Select Key [ STOP ] to pause.
4. Press the
Left Soft Key C [ Reset ] to reset.
MEASURING MORE THEN ONE EVENT
1. Press the
Center Select Key [ START ] to start.
2. Press the
Right Soft Key D [ Lap ] to stop a time period and continue
measuring another one.
3. Press the
Right Soft Key D [ Lap ] to stop the second and continue measuring
a third one. Repeat this step as necessary.
4. Press the
Center Select Key [ STOP ] to pause.
You can record 5 lap times on-screen.
USING THE COUNTDOWN TIMER
Counts down to a time&minutes with alarm
1. Press the Center Select Key [ MENU ], select Settings & Tools and press the
Center Select Key [OK] . Select Tools , press the Center Select Key [OK] , select
Countdown Timer then press the Center Select Key [OK] .
2. Press the
Right Soft Key D [ Edit ] to set timer.
3. Adjust the desired time to countdown, and then press the
Center Select Key
[
SET ].
4. Press the
Center Select Key [ START ] to start countdown.
WORLD CLOCK
To display the time and date in pre-programmed cities:

1. Press the
Center Select Key [ MENU ], select Settings & Tools and press the
Center Select Key [OK] . Select Tools , press the Center Select Key [OK] , select
World Clock then press the Center Select Key [OK] .
2. Press the
Directional Key B left or right to select the city.
3. Press the
Right Soft Key D [ Cities ] to access the CITIES LIST .
4. Select the city and press the
Center Select Key [OK] .
