1 Bedienungsanleitung 1.1 Allgemeines Lesen Sie die hier enthaltenen Informationen, damit Sie mit Ihrem Gerät schnell vertraut werden und seine Funktionen in vollem Umfang nutzen können. Ihr Gerät dient Ihnen viele Jahre lang, wenn Sie es sachgerecht behandeln und pflegen. Wir wünschen Ihnen viel Freude beim Gebrauch. 1.
Ein Warnhinweis dieser Gefahrenstufe kennzeichnet eine mögliche gefährliche Situation. Falls die gefährliche Situation nicht vermieden wird, kann dies zu leichten oder gemäßigten Verletzungen führen. ► Die Anweisungen in diesem Warnhinweis befolgen, um Verletzungen von Personen zu vermeiden. Ein Hinweis kennzeichnet zusätzliche Informationen, die den Umgang mit der Maschine erleichtern. 1.
2 Sicherheit In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Sicherheitshinweise im Umgang mit dem Gerät. Dieses Gerät entspricht den vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann jedoch zu Personen- und Sachschäden führen. 2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Gebrauch im Haushalt in geschlossenen Räumen zum Erwärmen, Kochen und Braten von Lebensmitteln bestimmt. Das dabei verwendete Kochgeschirr muss für Induktionskochgeräte geeignet sein.
► Eine Reparatur des Gerätes während der Garantiezeit darf nur von einem vom Hersteller autorisierten Kundendienst vorgenommen werden, sonst besteht bei nachfolgenden Schäden kein Garantieanspruch mehr. ► Defekte Bauteile dürfen nur gegen Original-Ersatzteile ausgetauscht werden. Nur bei diesen Teilen ist gewährleistet, dass sie die Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen werden.
► Die heiße Oberfläche des Keramikfeldes nicht berühren. Der Induktionskocher selbst entwickelt während des Kochvorgangs keine Hitze. Die Temperatur des Kochgeschirrs erwärmt aber die Kochstelle. 2.3.3 Explosionsgefahr Bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung des Gerätes besteht Explosionsgefahr durch entstehenden Überdruck. Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise um die Explosionsgefahr zu vermeiden: ► Erhitzen Sie niemals Speisen oder Flüssigkeiten in verschlossenen Behältern wie z.B. Konservendosen.

3.2 Lieferumfang und Transportinspektion Das Gerät wird standardmäßig mit folgenden Komponenten geliefert: • 3er Induktionskochfeld Master P3 • Bedienungsanleitung ► Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden. ► Melden Sie eine unvollständige Lieferung oder Schäden infolge mangelhafter Verpackung oder durch Transport sofort dem Spediteur, der Versicherung und dem Lieferanten. 3.
• Stellen Sie den Induktionskocher nicht in der Nähe von Geräten und Gegenständen auf, die empfindlich auf Magnetfelder reagieren (z.B.: Radios, Fernseher, Kassettenrecorder, etc.). • Das Gerät benötigt zum korrekten Betrieb eine ausreichende Luftströmung. Lassen Sie bei der Aufstellung an allen Seiten 10 cm Freiraum. • Die Kühlluft wird von der Unterseite des Gerätes angesaugt. Decken Sie keine Öffnungen am Gerät ab und blockieren Sie sie nicht.
4 Aufbau und Funktion In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zum Aufbau und zur Funktion des Gerätes. 4.1 Gesamtübersicht 3 Induktionskochfelder max. 1000 Watt Powersharing: 1400 Watt je Kochfeld 1000 Watt max. 2000 Watt 3 Displays und Bedienfelder Restwärmeanzeige 4.1.1 Hinweise am Gerät Dieser Hinweis und das Anzeigen von „H“ im Display dienen zur Warnung, dass das Keramikfeld heiß sein kann.

4.2.3 Überhitzungsschutz Das Gerät ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgerüstet. Wenn die Temperatur des Gerätes die kritische Grenze überschreitet, wird der entsprechende Fehlercode (E05) angezeigt und ein akustisches Signal ertönt. Das Gerät schaltet aus Sicherheitsgründen die weitere Energiezufuhr ab. Nach der Abkühlphase kann das Gerät aus- und wieder eingeschaltet werden. ► Stellen Sie kein leeres Kochgeschirr auf die Kochfelder.
Vorteile des Induktionskochfeldes • Energiesparendes Kochen durch direkte Energieübertragung auf den Topf. • Erhöhte Sicherheit, da die Energie nur bei aufgesetztem Topf übertragen wird. • Energieübertragung zwischen Induktionskochzone und Topfboden mit hohem Wirkungsgrad. • Hohe Aufheizgeschwindigkeit. • Verbrennungsgefahr ist gering, da die Kochfläche nur durch den Topfboden erwärmt wird. • Überlaufendes Kochgut brennt nicht fest. • Schnelle, feinstufige Regelung der Energiezufuhr. 5.
Beachten Sie auch die folgenden Hinweise zur Verwendung geeigneten Kochgeschirrs: ► Benutzen Sie nur Töpfe mit induktionsgeeignetem Boden. ► Das maximal zulässige Gewicht von allen Töpfen mit Inhalt darf 10 kg nicht überschreiten. ► Vorsicht bei der Verwendung von hohlwandigen Simmertöpfen. Diese Töpfe können unbemerkt leer kochen. Dies führt zu Beschädigungen am Topf und am Kochfeld. ► Lassen Sie die Oberfläche des Kochgeschirrs nicht über die Oberfläche kratzen.
5.4 Betrieb des Gerätes 5.4.1 3 Induktionskochfelder Das rechte Induktionskochfeld hat 10 Leistungsstufen und läuft unabhängig von den anderen Feldern. Wenn Sie entweder nur das vordere (10 Leistungsstufen ) oder nur das hintere Kochfeld links (5 Leistungsstufen ) nutzen, laufen diese ebenfalls unabhängig von einander. Wenn Sie allerdings das Kochfeld vorne links und hinten links gemeinsam betreiben, sind die Leistungsstufen dieser Kochfelder zusammen 10 (Powersharing).
Ein geeignetes Kochgeschirr mit dem Koch- / Bratgut zentriert auf die Kochstelle stellen (Ø 120 mm - 260 mm). Nun drücken Sie die Taste An/Standby (2) des entsprechenden Kochfeldes. Die Kontrollampe „Leistungsstufe“ leuchtet und ein akkustisches Signal ertönt. Wenn das Display --- anzeigt, überprüfen Sie den Topf (siehe Kapitel „geeignetes und nicht geeignetes Kochgeschirr“ oder „Probleme/Störungsbehebung“). 5.4.
5.4.7 Kindersicherung Die Kindersicherung verhindert den unbeaufsichtigten Gebrauch des Gerätes durch Kinder oder das unbeabsichtigte Verstellen der Tasten. Aktivieren der Kindersicherung: Drücken Sie die Taste Lock (10) bis die Funktionsanzeige aufleuchtet. Im verriegelten Zustand sind alle Tasten außer des Hauptschalters An/Standby (1) deaktiviert. Die Kochfelder heizen weiter, entsprechend der zuvor eingestellten Leistungs- oder Temperaturstufen.
6.2 Reinigung Keramik-Kochfeld, Gehäuse und Bedienfeld • Das Keramik-Kochfeld mit einem weichen angefeuchteten Tuch oder unter Verwendung einer milden, nicht scheuernden Seifenlösung abwischen. ► Verwenden Sie keine lösungshaltigen Reinigungsmittel wie z.B. Benzin, um die Kunststoffteile nicht zu beschädigen. 7 Störungsbehebung In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zur Störungslokalisierung und Störungsbehebung. Beachten Sie die Hinweise um Gefahren und Beschädigungen zu vermeiden. 7.

Das Gerät muss zur Reparatur an den Kundendienst gesendet werden.
9 Garantie Für dieses Produkt übernehmen wir beginnend vom Verkaufsdatum 24 Monate Garantie für Mängel, die auf Fertigungs- oder Werkstofffehler zurückzuführen sind. Ihre gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsansprüche nach §439 ff. BGB-E bleiben hiervon unberührt. In der Garantie nicht enthalten sind Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Einsatz entstanden sind, sowie Mängel, welche die Funktion oder den Wert des Gerätes nur geringfügig beeinflussen.

Your induction cooker will serve you for many years if you handle it and care for it properly. We wish you a lot of pleasure in using it! 11.

12.2 General Safety information Please note Please observe the following general safety notices with regard to the safe handling of the device. ► Examine the device for any visible external damages prior to using it. Never put a damaged device into operation. ► If the connection lead is damaged, you will need to have a special connection lead installed by an authorized electrician.
WARNING ► Scientific tests have proven that induction hotplates do not pose a risk. However, persons with a pacemaker should keep a minimum distance of 60 cm to the device while it is in operation. In addition, persons with a pacemaker should clear with their doctor whether to take care of some special handling advises.Do not place any magnetisable objects, e.g. credit cards, data carriers or cassettes on or in the immediate vicinity of the appliance.
WARNING ► Avoid overheating oils and fats for extended periods. Overheated oil and fat can ignite rapidly. ► Do not place any empty cookware on the cooking area. Please note If a fire should occur on the cooking hob, proceed as follows: Switch the appliance off (if necessary, switch off the fuse). Smother the flames with a large pot lid, plate or a moist dish cloth.
13 Commissioning This chapter provides you with important safety notices during the initial commissioning of the device. Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages: 13.1 Safety information Warning Personal and property damages can occur during commissioning of the device! Observe the following safety notices to avoid such dangers: ► Packaging materials may not be used for playing. There is a danger of suffocation. 13.
13.5 Setup 13.5.1 Setup location requirements: In order to ensure the safe and trouble-free operation of the device, the setup location must fulfil the following prerequisites: • The appliance must be positioned on a solid, even, horizontal and heat-resistant base with sufficient load-supporting capacity for the appliance itself plus the heaviest anticipated cooking contents. • The induction cooker must not be operated on a base with an iron or steel content, as this can heat up considerably.
no damages occur in the device If in doubt, ask your qualified electrician. • The electrical outlet must be protected by a 16A safety cut-out switch. • The connection between the device and the electrical network may employ a 3 meter long (max.) extension cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm². The use of multiple plugs or gangs is prohibited because of the danger of fire that is involved with this.
14.1.1 Details on the device This instruction and when “H” is displayed, is to warn that the ceramic hob may still be hot.
14.2.2 Signal Tones The appliance emits an acoustic signal after being switched on and in the event of a fault. 14.2.3 Overheating Protection Facility The appliance is equipped with an overheating protection facility. If the temperature of the appliance exceeds the critical limit the appropriate error message (E05) is displayed and an acoustic signal sounds. For safety reasons the appliance shuts off further power supply. Please pull the power plug in order to reset the device.
Advantages of the Induction Hob • Energy-saving cooking due to direct energy transfer to the pot. • Enhanced safety since energy is only transferred when a pot is placed on the hob. • Energy transfer between the induction cooking zone and the base of the pot with high degree of efficiency. • Rapid heating. • Low risk of burning, since the cooking surface is only heated by the base of the pot. • Boiling over pot contents does not burn onto the hob. • Rapid, fine-tuned control of the input power. 15.
Attention Please also adhere to the following instructions for using suitable cookware: ► Only use pots with an induction-compatible base. ► The maximum permissible weight of the pots plus its contents must not exceed 10 kg. ► Be careful when using hollow-walled simmer pots. Pots of this type can boil dry unnoticed. This leads to damage to the pot and hob.

Each hob is switched off by using the On/Standby key (2) of each hob. When you switch off the device via “On/Standby” and the temperature of the cooker plate surface is lower than 50°C, the display shows „L“.
15.4.5 Temperature Mode Press the selection key >> (6) as long as necessary to select the temperature mode (Indicator lamp temperature (4)). The preset temperature stage "120" is selected and the device turns on. With the + / - keys (7+8), you can change the settings at any time in a range from 60 – 240 °C.
Attention ► Switch the device off prior to cleaning it and unplug the plug from the wall power outlet. ► The hob can be hot after use. There is a danger of burning! Wait until the appliance has cooled down. ► Clean the hob after use as soon as it has cooled down. Extended waiting unnecessarily complicates cleaning and can make it impossible in extreme cases. Excessive accumulations of dirt can even damage the device under certain circumstances.
17.2 Causes and rectification of faults In the event of a fault, an error code will appear in the display; it describes the cause of the fault. 18 Disposal of the Old Device Old electric and electronic devices frequently still contain valuable materials. However, they also contain damaging substances, which were necessary for their functionality and safety. If these were put in the non-recyclable waste or were handled incorrectly, they could be detrimental to human health and the environment. Therefore, do not put your old device into the non-recyclable waste under any circumstances.

Les récipients de cuisson doits être appropriés pour induction.
Remarque ► Les réparations doivent être effectuées uniquement par un professionnel qualifié, formé par le constructeur. Des réparations incorrectes peuvent entraîner de graves dangers pour l'utilisateur. ► Pendant la période de garantie les réparations doivent être effectuées uniquement par un service après-vente agréé par le constructeur, sinon en cas de dommages le recours en garantie est supprimé. ► Les pièces défectueuses doivent être remplacées uniquement par des rechanges d'origine.
22.3.2 Danger de brûlure ATTENTION Les aliments à cuire chauffés par cet appareil ainsi que les récipients de cuisson utilisés et la surface de l'appareil elle-même peuvent se réchauffer fortement. Respectez les indications de sécurité suivantes pour éviter de vous brûler ou que quelqu’un d'autres ne se brûle : ► Protégez vos mains de la chaleur lors de tous travaux sur l'appareil ou le récipient de cuisson par des gants de protection contre la chaleur ou autre tissus protecteur.
REMARQUE Étouffez les flammes avec un grand couvercle de récipient de cuisson, une assiette ou une serviette à vaisselle humide. N’ÉTEINDRE EN AUCUN CAS AVEC DE L'EAU ! Après avoir éteint la source d’incendie, laisser refroidir le récipient de cuisson et l’appareil et veiller à suffisamment aérer à l'air frais. 22.3.
23.1 Consignes de sécurité Attention Lors de la mise en service de l'appareil peuvent se produire des dommages pour les biens et les personnes ! Pour éviter les dangers veuillez observer les consignes de sécurité suivantes : ► Ne pas utiliser les matériaux d'emballage pour jouer. Danger d'étouffement. 23.
• La table d’induction ne doit pas être mise en service sur un support contenant de l’acier ou du fer car celui-ci peut se chauffer fortement. • Choisissez le lieu d’établissement de telle sorte que les enfants ne puissent pas atteindre la surface chaude de l'appareil. • L'appareil n'est pas prévu pour un montage encastré. • Ne disposez pas l'appareil dans un environnement chaud, mouillé ou très humide ou à proximité de matériaux inflammables.

24.1.1 Affichages sur l'appareil «Chaleur rémanente» Cet affichage et l´affichage « H » sert à avertir que la table céramique est encore chaude.
Le cuiseur à induction comprend trois plaques de cuisson que vous pouvez utiliser séparément. Ceci explique pourquoi le cuiseur comporte trois panneaux d'exploitation. L'affichage sert à afficher la température où le niveau de puissance présélectionnée, le minuterie et les codes d'erreur en cas de panne. 24.2.2 Signaux sonores L'appareil émet un signal acoustique après la mise sous tension et en cas de panne. 24.2.3 Protection de surchauffe L'appareil est équipé d’une protection de surchauffe.
25Commande et fonctionnement Ce chapitre est consacré à des indications importantes sur la commande de l'appareil. Pour éviter tout risque et dégradations veuillez observer les indications. Attention ► Pendant son fonctionnement ne pas l'laisser l'appareil sans surveillance, afin de pouvoir intervenir rapidement en cas de danger. 25.

ATTENTION ► Veillez à ce que le récipient de cuisson soit positionné au milieu du champ de cuisson. Il ne doit pas être déposé ni sur le champ de contrôle, ni sur le cadre. ► Ne placer aucune feuille d'aluminium ou assiette métallique sur la surface de l'appareil pour éviter une surchauffe. ► Ne pas toucher la surface chaude du champ de céramique. La table d’induction ellemême ne développe pas de chaleur pendant le processus de cuisson.
25.4.2 Mettre hors circuit Appuyer sur l´interrupteur général On/Stand-by (1) pour mettre hors circuit la cuisinière à induction. Appuyer sur la touche On/Stand-by (2), pour mettre hors circuit chaque plaque de cuisson. Si vous touchez le bouton „On/Stand-by“, le display montre le Chaleur rémanente. Si le temperature de la table céramique est encore moins de 50°C, le display montre „L“ , si le temperature de la table céramique est encore plus que 50°C, le display montre „H“.

34.2.3 Protezione surriscaldamento L'apparecchio è dotato di una protezione surriscaldamento. Quando la temperatura dell’apparecchio supera il limite critico, viene visualizzato il rispettivo codice d’errore (E05) e viene emesso un segnale acustico. L'apparecchio disattiva l’ulteriore alimentazione elettrica per motivi di sicurezza. Dopo la fase di raffreddamento, l'apparecchio potrà essere spento e riacceso. Indicazione ► Non posizionare pentole e tegami vuoti sulla zona cottura.

Attenzione Si presti attenzione ai seguenti avvisi nell'utilizzare delle stoviglie idonee: ► Utilizzi soltanto pentole con un fondo idoneo all’induzione. ► Il peso massimo ammissibile della pentola con il suo contenuto non dovrà superare i 10 kg complessiva. ► Attenzione nell’utilizzo di pentole cave per la cottura a fuoco lento. Queste pentole possono far evaporare l’acqua e svuotarsi, senza che ci si accorga di ciò. Ciò comporta danni alla pentola e alla postazione di cottura. 35.
Quando la spiastra anteriore e quella posteriore funzionano in contemporanea, i loro livelli di potenza preimpostati sono entrambi “5”. Durante il funzionamento, se il livello della piastra anteriore è superiore a “5”, quello della piastra posteriore si abbasserà automaticamente per mantenere il livello complessivo entro “10”. Se il livello della piastra anteriore è inferiore a “5”, e poi il livello di quella posteriore può essere modificato a caso.
Posizionare una stoviglia idonea, con il preparato da cucinare / arrostire in modo centrato sulla postazione di cottura (Ø 120 mm - 260 mm). Adesso premere il tasto On/Stand-by (2) per accendere una delle tre piastre a induzione. La spia di controllo di "Stage" lampeggia e si sente un segnale acustico. Le display LED indicare "----" , appellarsi a capitolo “Indicazioni sulle stoviglie”. 35.4.4 Livello di potenza Premere il pulsante di selezione (6) per selezionare la potenza.
35.4.7 Funzione blocco Quando si preme il tasto di blocco (10), tutti i tasti saranno bloccati tranne il tasto master On/Stand-by. 43.6 Elektrische aansluiting Voor een veilig en feilloos gebruik van het apparaat moeten bij de elektrische aansluiting de volgende aanwijzingen in acht genomen worden: • Controleer voor het aansluiten van het apparaat de aansluitingsgegevens (spanning en frequentie) op het typeplaatje met de gegevens van uw stroomnet. Deze gegevens moeten overeenkomen, zodat het apparaat niet beschadigd kan raken. In geval van twijfel vraagt u een vakkundige elektricien.

44.5 Thermische beveiliging bij oververhitting Het apparaat is uitgerust met een thermische beveiliging bij oververhitting. Wanneer binnenin de temperatuur de kritische grens overschrijdt, verschijnt in het display de bijbehorende code van de foutmelding (E05) en er klinkt een akoestisch signaal. Het apparaat schakelt uit veiligheidsoverwegingen het lopende programma uit. Na de afkoelfase kan het apparaat weer ingeschakeld worden. . TIP ► Zet geen lege pannen of potten op de kookzones.
• Gering verbrandingsgevaar omdat de kookoppervlakte alleen door de bodem van de pan wordt verwarmd. • Overgelopen etenswaren branden niet aan. • Snelle, lichte regeling van de energietoevoer. 45.2 Aanwijzingen voor kookgerei Het voor de inductiekookoppervlakte te gebruiken kookgerei moet uit metaal zijn, magnetische eigenschappen hebben en over voldoende vlakke bodemruimte beschikken.
45.3 Veiligheidsvoorschriften WAARSCHUWING ► Het apparaat tijdens gebruik niet uit het oog verliezen, zodat er bij gevaren snel ingegrepen kan worden. ► Het apparaat niet tijdens het gebruik of met heet kookgerei van zijn plaats bewegen. ► Let er op dat het kookgerei in het midden van de kookplaat staat. Het mag niet op het bedieningspaneel of op de rand neergezet worden. ► Geen keukengereedschap uit metaal, potten- of pannendeksels, messen of andere voorwerpen uit metaal op de kookplaat leggen.
45.4.2 Uitschakelen Het gehele apparaat wordt met de hoofdschakelaar aan/uit (1) uitgeschakeld. Als het apparaat wordt uitgeschakeld (via An/Standby (2)), geeft de display de restwarmte van de oppervlakte van de inductiekookzone aan. Als de temperatuur van de oppervlakte onder de 50°C ligt, wordt „L“ aangegeven, als de temperatuur van de oppervlakte boven de 50°C ligt, geeft de display „H“ aan.
45.4.5 Temperatuurstand Om de temperatuurniveaus te kiezen, drukt u zo lang op de keuzetoets >> (6) totdat de functie “temperatuur” (4) blinkt. Met het al ingestelde temperatuurniveau „120“ wordt het apparaat aangezet. 55.5 Funcionamiento del aparato 55.5.1 Apagado Todo el aparato se apaga con el interruptor general Encendido/Standby (1). Al apagar el aparato (mediante Encendido/Standby (2)), se indica el calor remanente de la superficie. Si la temperatura de la superficie está por debajo de 50°C se muetra „L“; si la temperatura está por encima de 50°C se muestra „H“.
55.5.4 Temperatura Para seleccionar el nivel de temperatura mantenga pulsada la tecla de selección >> (6) hasta que el indicador de temperatura se ilumine. Con el nivel de temperatura preajustado “120” el aparato se enciende. Puede seleccionar los niveles de temperatura 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 y 240°C mediante las teclas + o – (7 u 8).
