Allgemeines 1 Allgemeines Lesen Sie die hier enthaltenen Informationen, damit Sie mit Ihrem Gerät schnell vertraut werden und seine Funktionen in vollem Umfang nutzen können. Allgemeines 1.2 Warnhinweise In der vorliegenden Bedienungsanleitung werden folgende Warnhinweise verwendet: Ein Warnhinweis dieser Gefahrenstufe kennzeichnet eine drohende gefährliche Situation. Sicherheit 2 Sicherheit In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Sicherheitshinweise im Umgang mit dem Gerät. Dieses Gerät entspricht den vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann jedoch zu Personen und Sachschäden führen. 2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Gebrauch im Haushalt in geschlossenen Räumen zum Erwärmen, Kochen und Braten von Lebensmitteln bestimmt. Das dabei verwendete Kochgeschirr muss für Induktionskochgeräte geeignet sein.
Sicherheit 2.2 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise Beachten Sie für einen sicheren Umgang mit dem Gerät die folgenden allgemeinen Sicherheitshinweise: ► Die Installation darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden! ► Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor der Verwendung auf äußere sichtbare Schäden. Nehmen Sie ein beschädigtes Gerät nicht in Betrieb. ► Bei Beschädigung der Anschlussleitung muss eine neue Anschlussleitung durch eine autorisierte Fachkraft installiert werden.
Sicherheit 2.3 Gefahrenquellen 2.3.1 Gefahr durch elektromagnetisches Feld Durch die beim Betrieb des Gerätes entstehenden magnetischen Felder kann es zu Beeinträchtigungen kommen. Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise: ► Personen mit gesteigerter Elektrosensibilität sollten sich nicht länger als nötig in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gerätes aufhalten.
Sicherheit 2.3.3 Explosionsgefahr Bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung des Gerätes besteht Explosionsgefahr durch entstehenden Überdruck. Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise um die Explosionsgefahr zu vermeiden: ► Erhitzen Sie niemals Speisen oder Flüssigkeiten in verschlossenen Behältern wie z.B. Konservendosen. Durch den entstehenden Überdruck kann der Behälter platzen. Eine Konservendose wird am besten erwärmt, indem man sie öffnet und in einem mit etwas Wasser gefüllten Topf stellt. 2.3.

Inbetriebnahme 3 Inbetriebnahme In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes. Beachten Sie die Hinweise um Gefahren und Beschädigungen zu vermeiden. 3.1 Sicherheitshinweise Bei der Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes können Personen- und Sachschäden auftreten! Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise um die Gefahren zu vermeiden: ► Verpackungsmaterialien dürfen nicht zum Spielen verwendet werden. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr. 3.
Inbetriebnahme Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien an den Sammelstellen für das Verwertungssystem »Grüner Punkt«. ► Heben Sie wenn möglich die Originalverpackung während der Garantiezeit des Gerätes auf, um das Gerät im Garantiefall wieder ordnungsgemäß verpacken zu können. 3.5 Aufstellung 3.5.
Inbetriebnahme • Das Gerät benötigt zum korrekten Betrieb eine ausreichende Luftströmung. Lassen Sie bei der Aufstellung 50 mm an allen Seiten Freiraum. • Die Kühlluft wird von der Unterseite des Gerätes angesaugt. Decken Sie keine Luftöffnungen ab und blockieren Sie sie nicht.
Inbetriebnahme 3.5.2 • Fixieren Sie das Kochfeld an der Tischplatte indem Sie 4 Klammern an der Unterseite des Gerätes festschrauben. • Passen Sie die Klammern der Stärke der Tischplatte an. Vermeidung von Funkstörungen Durch das Gerät können Störungen bei Radios, Fernsehern oder ähnlichen Geräten auftreten. Durch folgende Maßnahmen können Störungen beseitigt oder reduziert werden: • Stellen Sie das Radio, den Fernseher etc. soweit wie möglich vom Gerät entfernt auf.
Inbetriebnahme 3.6 Elektrischer Anschluss Für einen sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb des Gerätes sind beim elektrischen Anschluss folgende Hinweise zu beachten: Die Aufstellung des Gerätes darf nur von Fachbetrieben/ Fachleuten (Elektrofachbetrieb) durchgeführt werden.
Aufbau und Funktion 4 Aufbau und Funktion In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zum Aufbau und zur Funktion des Gerätes. 4.1 Gesamtübersicht 1 2 3 4 4 Induktionskochfelder Das Induktionskochfeld hat 4 Kochzonen. Im normalen Betrieb der Leistungsstufen laufen alle 4 Zonen unabhängig von einander und lassen sich individuell einstellen. Wenn der Booster für eine Kochzone gewählt wurde, läßt sich die zugehörige Kochzone nur bis zur Leistungsstufe 2 heraufschalten (1 und 3, sowie 2 und 4).
Aufbau und Funktion 4.1.1 Hinweise am Gerät Dieser Hinweis und das anzeigen von „H“ im Display dient zur Warnung, dass das Keramikfeld heiß sein kann.
Aufbau und Funktion 4.2.3 Überhitzungsschutz Das Gerät ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgerüstet. Wenn die Temperatur des Gerätes die kritische Grenze überschreitet, schaltet das Gerät aus Sicherheitsgründen die weitere Energiezufuhr ab. Nach der Abkühlphase kann das Gerät aus- und wieder eingeschaltet werden. Stellen Sie kein leeres Kochgeschirr auf die Kochfelder. Das Erwärmen eines leeren Topfes oder einer leeren Pfanne führt zum Auslösen des Überhitzungsschutzes. 4.2.
Garantie 5 Bedienung und Betrieb In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zur Bedienung des Gerätes. Beachten Sie die Hinweise um Gefahren und Beschädigungen zu vermeiden. ► Das Gerät während des Betriebes nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen, um bei Gefahren schnell eingreifen zu können. 5.
Aufbau und Funktion 5.2 Hinweise zum Kochgeschirr Das für die Induktionskochfläche benutzte Kochgefäß muss aus Metall sein, magnetische Eigenschaften haben und eine ausreichende, plane Bodenfläche besitzen. So können Sie die Eignung des Gefäßes feststellen: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass am Gefäß einen Hinweis für die Eignung zum Kochen mit Induktionsstrom trägt, oder führen Sie den folgenden Magnettest durch: Führen Sie einen Magneten (z.B.
Aufbau und Funktion Beachten Sie auch die folgenden Hinweise zur Verwendung geeigneten Kochgeschirrs: ► Benutzen Sie nur Töpfe mit induktionsgeeignetem Boden. ► Das maximal zulässige Gewicht von allen Töpfen mit Inhalt darf 24 kg nicht überschreiten. ► Vorsicht bei der Verwendung von hohlwandigen Simmertöpfen. Diese Töpfe können unbemerkt leer kochen. Dies führt zu Beschädigungen am Topf und am Kochfeld. ► Lassen Sie die Oberfläche des Kochgeschirrs nicht über die Oberfläche kratzen.
Aufbau und Funktion ► Schalten Sie das Gerät nach Gebrauch aus. So vermeiden Sie unnötigen Energieverbrauch und gewährleisten Ihre Sicherheit. 5.4 Betrieb des Gerätes 5.4.1 Ausschalten Das gesamte Gerät wird über den Hauptschalter An/Aus (1) ausgeschaltet. Jede einzelne Platte wird über die Taste +/- (2) ausgeschaltet (gleichzeitig drücken) oder wählen Sie die Leistungsstufe „0“ an.
Aufbau und Funktion 5.4.4 Booster Um sehr schnell die gewünschte Temperatur zu erreichen, drücken Sie nach Auswahl der Leistungsstufe direkt den Booster (3). Es erscheint „P“ in der Anzeige und die Booster-Leistung wird für maximal 5 Minuten erreicht. Nach dieser Zeit schaltet die Kochzone in die voreingestellte Leistungsstufe zurück. Wenn der Booster für eine Kochzone gewählt wurde, läßt sich die zugehörige Kochzone (1 und 3, sowie 2 und 4) nur bis zur Leistungsstufe 2 heraufschalten.
Aufbau und Funktion 5.4.6 Kindersicherung Die Kindersicherung verhindert den unbeaufsichtigten Gebrauch des Gerätes durch Kinder oder das unbeabsichtigte Verstellen der Tasten. Aktivieren der Kindersicherung: Drücken Sie die Taste Lock (5) bis die Timeranzeige „Loc“ aufleuchtet. Im verriegelten Zustand sind alle Tasten außer des Hauptschalters An-/Aus (1) deaktiviert. Die Kochfelder heizen weiter, entsprechend der zuvor eingestellten Leistungsstufen.
Aufbau und Funktion ► Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel und keine Lösungsmittel. ► Kratzen Sie hartnäckige Verschmutzungen nicht mit harten Gegenständen ab. 6.2 Reinigung Keramik-Kochfeld, Gehäuse und Bedienfeld Das Keramik-Kochfeld mit einem weichen angefeuchteten Tuch oder unter Verwendung einer milden, nicht scheuernden Seifenlösung abwischen. Bei starken Verschmutzungen können Sie etwas Weißweinessig verwenden.

If the temperature of the appliance exceeds the critical limit the appropriate error message is displayed and an acoustic signal sounds. For safety reasons the appliance shuts off further power supply. After the cooling-down phase the appliance can be switched on again. ► Do not place any empty cookware on the cooking area.

Operation and Handling 15.2 Instructions on Cookware The cooking pot used for the induction cooking surface must be made of metal, have magnetic characteristics and have a sufficient, flat bottom surface. Here is how to decide if the pot is suitable: Ensure that the pot bears an inscription stating its suitability for cooking with induction current, or perform the following magnet test: Place a magnet (e.g. a magnet from a magnetic board) close to the base of your cooking pot.
Operation and Handling Attention Please also adhere to the following instructions for using suitable cookware: ► Only use pots with an induction-compatible base. ► The maximum permissible weight of all pots plus its contents must not exceed 24 kg. ► Be careful when using hollow-walled simmer pots. Pots of this type can boil dry unnoticed. This leads to damage to the pot and hob.
Operation and Handling 15.4 Operating the Appliance 15.4.1 Switching Off The complete appliance is switched off using the Master On/Off switch (1). Each hob is switched off by using the key +/- (2) (press simultaneously) or choose power level “0”. Please note ► Note that the appliance’s fan continues to operate for a while after the appliance has been switched off in order to dissipate the heat that has built up in the appliance. 15.4.
Operation and Handling 15.4.5 Timer The display shows the number "0". With the + / - keys timer (4), you can now select the operating time in 1-minute intervals (up to max. 120 minutes). Structure et fonctionnement Vous pouvez constater la qualification du récipient de la façon suivante: Assurez-vous que le récipient porte une étiquette de qualification pour cuisson à induction ou mettez en oeuvre un d'aimant de la façon suivante: Mettez un aimant (p. ex. un aimant de fixation sur panneau magnétique) contre le fond de votre récipient de cuisson. S'il est fortement attiré, vous pouvez utiliser le récipient de cuisson sur la table de cuisson à induction.

Lo stesso fornello ad induzione non produce calore durante il procedimento di cottura; la temperatura delle stoviglie, però surriscaldano la postazione di cottura.
Costruzione e funzione 34.2.2 Suoni di segnalazione L’apparecchio emette un segnale acustico con l’accensione ed in caso d'errore. 34.2.3 Protezione surriscaldamento L'apparecchio è dotato di una protezione surriscaldamento. Quando la temperatura dell’apparecchio supera il limite critico, viene emesso un segnale acustico. L'apparecchio disattiva l’ulteriore alimentazione elettrica per motivi di sicurezza. Dopo la fase di raffreddamento, l'apparecchio potrà essere spento e riacceso.

Utilizzo e funzionamento 35.2 Indicazioni sulle stoviglie Il recipiente utilizzato per la superficie di cottura ad induzione deve essere in metallo, avere caratteristiche magnetiche e possedere un piano d'appoggio sufficientemente piano.
Utilizzo e funzionamento Attenzione Si presti attenzione ai seguenti avvisi nell'utilizzare delle stoviglie idonee: ► Utilizzi soltanto pentole con un fondo idoneo all’induzione. ► Il peso massimo ammissibile della pentola con il suo contenuto non dovrà superare i 24 kg complessiva. ► Attenzione nell’utilizzo di pentole cave per la cottura a fuoco lento. Queste pentole possono far evaporare l’acqua e svuotarsi, senza che ci si accorga di ciò. Ciò comporta danni alla pentola e alla postazione di cottura.
Utilizzo e funzionamento 35.4 Funzionamento dell’apparecchio 35.4.1 Spegnimento L'intero apparecchio viene spento tramite l'interruttore On/Off (1) ausgeschaltet. Ogni singola piastra viene spenta tramite i tasti +/- (2) (premuti contemporaneamente) o selezionando il livello di potenza "0". ► Considerare che la ventola dell'apparecchio continua a funzionare per qualche minuto dopo lo spegnimento, per disperdere il calore accumulato. 35.4.
Utilizzo e funzionamento 35.4.5 Timer Dopo avere impostato il livello di potenza, premere i tasti di selezione del timer +/- (4) fino a quando non appare il minutaggio desiderato. Con i tasti + o – è possibile impostare la durata ad intervalli di 1 minuto (fino ad un massimo di 120 min). Premendo contemporaneamente i tasti + e -, appare "0". Quando è scaduto il tempo impostato, viene emesso un segnale acustico e l'apparecchio, o zona di cottura, entra in modalità standby.
