17.2 Causes and rectification of faults
In the event of a fault, an error code will appear in the display; it
describes the cause of the fault.
The following table assists in localizing and rectifying minor
faults.
Fault Possible Cause To Rectify
E1/E2
Abnormal supply
voltage.
► Make sure the appliance
is connected to the
voltage indicated
E3/E4
Abnormal
temperature
► Please inspect the pot
E5/E6
Bad hotplate heat
radiation
► Please restart after
hotplate has cooled down
F0/F1/F2
Fan failure
► Please send back to
customer serivce.
F3-F8
Temperature sensor
failure
► Please send back to
customer serivce.
Please note
► If error messages continue to be displayed after an extended
waiting period or after restarting the appliance, then it must be
sent to Customer Service to be examined.
► If you are unable to solve the problem with the steps shown
