4. Logging in as supervisor allows you access to all of the ODMS

Manager’s folders. Expand the

Serial Number

Mailbox,

Administration

Transaction Logs

branches to display all

of the folders.

ODMS MANAGER DIRECTORIES

Select each directory to display contents. Right-click on the

Serial

Number, Mailbox, Unaddressed, Users, Received Logs,

Transmitted Logs

and

Internet Fax

folders to access properties

and options.

OfficeDirect Neighborhood

Provides a list of Messaging Servers on the network.

Messaging Server (Serial Number)

Identifies the Messaging Server you’re logged in to. Right-click on

the Serial number and left click on Properties to display the

Messaging Server Properties.

Mailbox:

Displays the name of the user currently logged in to the ODMS –

“supervisor,” in the above example.
