Under 5℃, after being fully charged with the maximum current allowed
by the supplier, the battery is placed in an oven for heating. The oven
temperature rises to 130±2℃ at a rate of (5±2℃) /min and remains there
for 30min.

3.0mm and length>cell thickness is used to completely pierced the
center of maximum plane of the battery. Piercing speed is 80mm/s.
