7. After all settings are complete, touch SAVE.

Setting an Event Reminder
!
1. On any calendar view, touch an event to view its details or event summary.
!
2. Touch to start editing the event.
3. Touch the reminder section ( ) to set the reminder time before the event when you want to be
reminded. When the time comes, you will receive a notification about the event. Or touch No
notification to delete the reminder.

Note:
Touch the No notification to delete the reminder for that event.
!
4. Touch SAVE to save the modifications.

Customizing the Calendar Settings
!
On any calendar view, touch

Settings > General settings. Choose from:
!
Start of the week: Choose the first day of the week.
Use device time zone: Choose to enable or disable the device to use the mobile phone’s default
time zone.
Show week number: Choose to show or hide the number of week.
Show declined events: Choose to hide or show the events that you have declined.
Default event duration: Select the default event duration.
Notify on this device: Choose to receive the event notifications on this device.
Tone: Select the ringtone to sound when you receive an event reminder.
Vibrate: Choose to let the device to vibrate when you receive an event notification.
Quick responses: Edit the default responses when emailing event information to the
respective guests.

Using the Alarm

You can set a new alarm or modify an existing alarm.

Opening the Alarm
!
Touch > Clock ( ) > to use your mobile phone alarm. Here you will see a list of current alarm
details.

Adding an Alarm
!
1. On the alarm list screen, touch to add an alarm.

2. To set the alarm, do the following:

Set the hour and minutes by selecting the respective field and moving the pointer around the clock.
When the time is set, touch OK.
To add an alarm label, touch Label. Enter the label, then touch OK.
