Installing a Memory Card
1. Loosen the captive security screw using a coin or flat screwdriver.
2. Open the microSD/SIM card slot cover.
3. Insert the microSD card as shown.
Note:
• Insert the microSD card with the gold contacts facing down, push the memory card all the way until you
hear a click/locking sound.
• To remove the microSD card, press against the edge of the memory card and release it.
• Do not force the microSD card as this could damage the memory card or slot.
• Once you have the microSD card in place, ensure the microSD/SIM card slot cover is closed completely to keep
your phone protected from dust and water. For instructions see Securing memory/SIM card cover on page 5, after
installing SIM card.
