Installing a Micro SIM Card
1. Loosen the captive security screw using a coin or flat screwdriver.
2. Open the microSD/SIM card slot cover.
3. Insert the Micro SIM card as shown.
Note:
• Insert the Micro SIM card with the gold contacts facing down with the cut off corner on the top left. Insert the
Micro SIM card all the way until you hear a click/locking sound.
• To remove the Micro SIM card, press against the edge of the SIM card and release it.
• Do not force the SIM card as this could damage the SIM or slot.
• This device does not support a nano SIM card without an adaptor.
• Once you have the Micro SIM card in place, ensure the microSD/SIM card slot cover is closed completely to keep
your phone protected from dust and water. For instructions see Securing memory/SIM card cover on page 5, after
installing SIM card.
